By accessing and using Netwit's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

• Marketing automation across multiple channels

• Conversational AI solutions

3. Account Registration

To access certain services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• Fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Late payments may result in service suspension after 14 days
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership of work product:

• You retain ownership of your data and content
• We retain ownership of our technology and pre-existing IP
• Deliverables created specifically for you become your property upon full payment
• We may use anonymized data for improvement purposes

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our agreement. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, or rightfully obtained from third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 30 days written notice for any reason
• Immediately if the other party breaches material terms
• Immediately if the other party becomes insolvent

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Netwit, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or posting on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
