1. Acceptance of Terms

This agreement governs your access to and use of Netwit's website, software, and autonomous services. Any deviation from these terms requires a signed addendum from both parties.

2. Description of Services

Netwit provides high-fidelity AI automation solutions, including multi-agent systems, workflow architecture, and managed AI operations. Services are provided on a subscription or project-fee basis as defined in your specific Service Order.

3. Acceptable Use Architecture

You agree not to use our systems for any illegal activity, including unauthorized data extraction, stress-testing our infrastructure without consent, or deploying agents for malicious automated outreach.

Netwit retains all rights to its underlying technology, pre-existing models, and architectural frameworks. You retain full sovereignty over your data and any custom-built logic explicitly defined as client-owned in your contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netwit's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid during the 12 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from autonomous decision-making.
